PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable locking and unlocking on a cyber space, which are suitable for Internet-based e-commerce, not only by eliminating the storage of a key of a cabinet with a lock, which uses the conventional mechanical key and the conventional mechanical lock or a ten key pad and the electromagnetic lock, and the inconvenience of keeping a password in mind for the purpose of improving weakness in security due to the loss of the key and the leakage of the password but also by dispensing with the transfer of the key or the password from a locking person to an unlocking person when the locking person is different from the unlocking person for the purpose of making both the locking person and the unlocking person evade labor for delivery and the loss of time. SOLUTION: A portable mobile communication terminal provides instructions to lock/unlock the cabinet with the kick. A lock management device urges, by e-mail, the mobile communication terminal of the unlocking person to unlock the cabinet with the lock, and makes a storage article confirmed by images before the cabinet with the lock is unlocked.
