PURPOSE: An ultraslim condenser microphone assembly and a method for assembling the same are provided to previously prevent a deformity of a dielectric plate and the damages of the dielectric plate and a base ring by making a press-fitting process easily excluded from the whole assembly flow of a microphone. CONSTITUTION: An ultraslim condenser microphone assembly is composed of a case(1), a vibration plate assembly(11), a spacer ring(4), the second base ring(7), a dielectric plate(5), the first base ring(6), and a PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(9). The vibration plate assembly(11), the spacer ring(4), the second base ring(7), the dielectric plate(5), the first base ring(6) and the PCB(9) are sequentially put on the upper part of the case(1) and sequentially installed in the inner space of the case(1). In this case, the vibration plate assembly(11) is composed of a polar ring(2) and a vibration plate(3) attached in a single unit.
