<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone provided with a stable control section that senses a non-connection state of an antenna so as to provide a warning notice a user for the purpose of urging the user to correct the antenna to take a prescribed position. SOLUTION: The mobile phone is provided with the control section 10 that controls entire sections of the mobile phone in a main body 1, the antenna 2 mounted on the main body 1 so as to be extendable and contractable, an antenna connection section 14 that is contained in the main body 1 and makes an electric contact with the antenna 2 when the antenna 2 is contained and extended, an antenna state detection means 11 that detects the extension/contraction state of the antenna 2 from the antenna connection section 14 in the main body 1 to send a signal to the control section 10, and a warning means 12 that is connected to the control section 10 and informs the control section 10 about the operating state of the main body 1. When receiving detection information denoting no connection of the antenna 2 to the antenna connection section 14 from the antenna state detection means 11, the control section 10 controls the warning means 12 to inform the user about the non-connection state of the antenna 2 for the purpose of urging the user to correct the antenna to take a prescribed position.</p> |
