<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data communication repeater that suppresses the continuous occurrence of data packet abortion to the utmost in a relay stage. SOLUTION: In the data communication repeater 1 having line interface sections 11, 12 that conduct transmission reception processing to lines 3, 4, buffering sections A13, B14 that apply buffering to the relay data and having the buffering sections A13, B14 that selectively abort data packets from back addresses of buffers so that the packets in the buffers are discontinuously aborted without aborting newly arrived packets on the occurrence of buffer overflow.</p> |
