PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan for an electric machine capable of improving a performance by improving a cooling operation of an alternator. SOLUTION: The electric machine such as the alternator or the like comprises a first fan 12 and a second fan 14 respectively rotatably arranged in a first container and a second container. Each of the fans 12 and 14 has a continuous type ring 54, a plurality of blades 56 and a plurality of tabs 58. The ring 54 is provided on an upper surface of the fan, and continued to the plurality of the blades 56 extended from the ring. The plurality of the tabs 58 are extended from the plurality of the blades 56, and a fan bottom parallel to the ring 54 provided on the upper surface of the fan is formed.
