PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that easy-to-view scenario screen in a tree form can not be realized while free connection is made possible, in the case of creating a scenario by combining questions. SOLUTION: A tree is made possible to be displayed on a two-dimensional list which can be easily processed by a computer by displaying the scenario in a list form of one question in one line and displaying the questions at connecting destinations, while they are shifted in the matrix direction. In addition, a branching destination is clearly specified by adding columns to freely connect to the questions with different branches which is impossible in tree display.
