PURPOSE: A system and a method for servicing a group lawsuit using the Internet are provided to relay a trust of a group lawsuit by collecting and classifying damage cases of clients for a group lawsuit through the Internet, storing the damage cases in a database, extracting a case, and selecting an agent of a corresponding case. CONSTITUTION: A client terminal(10) includes a TCP(Transmission Control Protocol)/IP(Internet Protocol) for connecting to networks having different physical properties. If a relay server(30) connected to the client terminal(10) through the Internet(20), the relay server(30) receives damage cases related to a group lawsuit from a client by a group lawsuit service program, stores the damage cases according to damage forms, examines the received damage cases, and extracts a group lawsuit. A database(40) stores member information(402), group lawsuit receipt data(404), data(406) with respect to news related to the group lawsuit or data with respect to a progressing group lawsuit, data(408) which collect data of the group lawsuit being supplied to a web site, and an agent information(409). A manager terminal(50) is connected to the relay server(30), upgrades/deletes data of the database(40), and manages a group lawsuit service program. A plurality of agent terminals(60) is connected to the relay server(30) through the Internet(20) or connected to the relay server(30) through a network, and supplies and registers agent information to the relay server(30). |
