PURPOSE: A system and a method for operating a patent application on the Internet with respect to an incoming patent application are provided to perform an incoming patent application at a low cost without residing special human resources in an office. CONSTITUTION: A recipient ack(Acknowledge) server acknowledges a recipient with respect to a patent application requesting case of a client in Korea. An application classification server automatically performs an IPC classification of the requested case after an acknowledge with respect to the requesting case. A patent translation specialist server selects a patent translation specialist corresponded to the classification after performing the IPC classification. A transmission/receipt communication unit requests a case to a selected specialist and transmits a translation to a corresponding office. An application informing server applies the translation to the Office of Patent Administration of Korea for a patent by the transmission/receipt communication unit, receives an application number from the Office, classifies the application number and additional materials, and notifies the application number and the additional materials to a foreign client. |
