PURPOSE: Provided is a plying and embossing device of fiber products which is characterized by being possible to process the fiber products on long width, increasing ventilating ability, being possible to use yarn regardless of color of the yarn in time to quilt, not generating environmental pollution, increasing productivity, being possible to control the plying and embossing device easily, and being possible to produce products having special and various patterns. CONSTITUTION: The plying and embossing device of the fiber products contains: a cylindrical engraving roll(14) rotating to one-way; and plural vibrating tables(10) which are arranged on a circumference of the engraving roll in a row, frictionizing the fiber products(12) passed between the roll(14) and this to ply or to emboss.
