PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify updating work when data are updated in a lot of informa tion server units, and to reduce a burden. SOLUTION: The data is updated in a reservation database 22 when a person in charge in an accomodation of a hotel receiving a reservation from a user inputs a reservation input by a business system 23 in a terminal 20 in the accomodation. When the updated data is grasped by this automatic information- updating system 21 of the present invention, the updated data is transmitted to the lodging resevation server unit 10 through the Internet 1. A WWW server 11 transmits the updated data to an information updating part 12 when receiving the data. The updating part 12 updates a corresponding data in an unoccupied room.reservation information datanase 15. When the large number of the resevation server units 10 exist, the updating data is transmitted to the all thereof by the updating system 21 when required, and data updating processing is automatically conducted similarly in the each server unit. |
