SOLUTION: A client requests the assessment of a car from a user terminal through a network, and an assessment maker assesses the car based on registered vehicle information, and informs the client of the result through the network. Moreover, the assessment maker informs the pertinent user of the already assessed car kind of the car kind that the assessment maker wants to purchase through the network, and when the pertinent car kind user informs the assessment maker of his reply indicating his intention to sell the car through the network, the estimation from the user is presented through the network.
