<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal having sufficient dustproof and waterproof function while having a simple structure, and mounting a touch panel causing no input failure. SOLUTION: A projecting strip 20b of an elastic member frame 20 abuts on an upper surface side electrode 11 of the touch panel, and supports the touch panel by a casing. An abutting part of this projection strip and the upper surface side electrode is dislocated outside in the plane direction of the touch panel more than a connecting part of electrode connecting parts 6a and 6b of a flexible base board 2 and a terminal of the electrode, and instead, a double- sided adhesive tape 5 is positioned on the lower side of the abutting part.</p> |
