SOLUTION: A recording device is provided with a reproducing list generating means for generating the reproducing list indicating the reproducing sequence of information data recorded on a recording medium, a table generating means for generating a reproducing list table indicating correspondence between the reproducing list and the information data regarding the reproducing list, and a recording means for recording the reproducing list and the reproducing list table on the recording medium.
