PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyester resin composition having high heat resistance, moisture resistance, etc., and suitable as an adhesive or coating agent, and to provide a laminate by the use of the above resin composition. SOLUTION: This polyester resin composition is obtained by incorporating a compound reactive with the terminal carboxy group in a copolyester resin composed of at least one dicarboxylic acid component and at least one glycol component, having a glass transition temperature of -30 to 40 deg.C and a terminal carboxy group content of <=50 geq/106 g. |
