PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery slip with peelable slips, in which peelable slips such as labels can be easily peeled, and to provide a method for manufacturing the slip and its utilization method. SOLUTION: The delivery slip consists of a slip base material 11, having at least one peelable slip part 11a, a tacky layer 12 formed on the back face of the slip base material 11 for sticking the base material 11 to the package to be delivered, and a holding base material 13a for the peelable slip formed on the tacky layer 12 in the back face region of the peelable slip 11a, to hold the peelable slip 11a as peelable. The peeling slip 11a has a peeling facilitating part 11c, which is the starting part for peeling for making peeling easy.
