PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl chloride resin composition having excellent heat stability, heat-resistance and moldability and free from the problem of the deterioration of the appearance of the molded article caused by the dehydration of the crystal water even by the injection molding of a vinyl chloride resin composition containing an inorganic hydrotalcite as a stabilization assistant. SOLUTION: The vinyl chloride resin composition contains (a) 100 pts.wt. of a vinyl chloride resin having an average degree of polymerization of 400-1,000, (b) 0.5-2 pts.wt. of an organic tin stabilizer having a metallic tin content of 20-30 wt.% and (c) 0.1-5 pts.wt. of a hydrotalcite compound having a weight change ratio of <=5 wt.% between 150-230 deg.C based on the weight at 150 deg.C determined on the thermogravimetric curve (TG curve) of a thermobalance.
