PURPOSE: A method for a commercial transaction is provided to select, search, and supply information of a user-wanted area based on pre-stored basic information(address, telephone number, zip code, age etc.) with respect to a client when the client connects to a specific site for supplying local information from an exterior using a pre-registered ID. CONSTITUTION: A local client connects to a local information supply server through the Internet(S100) and certifies a user(S200). If the local client is registered in a local information supply server in advance, local information and tendency information of the local client are detected(S300). Customizing data to be supplied to the local client are searched using the detected local information and tendency information(S400). The searched customizing data are displayed and supplied to the local client, and the local client performs a commercial transaction using the supplied customizing data(S500). If the local client wishes to search data of other area(S600), data of other area are searched using a map search and a text search(S700).
