PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly manufacture a magnetic particle expected widely of a new field such as electronic materials. SOLUTION: A high crystalline fine particle such as ferrite is manufactured conventionally by the hydrothermal method or the high temperature firing method, which requires long time and a large quantity of energy to improve the crystallinity. By this rapid manufacturing method, the spinel ferrite nano crystalline particle is rapidly manufactured by irradiating the pressurized hydrothermal reaction system with microwave.
