<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-voltage transformer which is diminished in size, reduced in thickness, protected against electrical leakages due to separation of an insulation film from a secondary winding, and improved in quality. SOLUTION: A secondary winding 2 is wound on a core 3, and a primary winding 1 is wound on the outer periphery of the secondary winding 2 for the formation of a high-voltage transformer 6. The core 3 and secondary winding 2 are sealed up through an insert molding method with insulating material, that is low enough in viscosity to flow between the winding wires of the secondary winding, excluding the wire ends 2a of the secondary winding 2 or terminal boards 5, and the insulating material 4 flows in so as to be distributed uniformly among the winding wires 2b of the secondary winding 2.</p> |
