POLYESTER FILM FOR LAMINATION PROCESSING OF METAL PLATE AND METHOD FOR DISCRIMINATING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyester film for lamination processing of a metal plate capable of being easily discriminated that the polyester film uses a recycled resin, having the same quality as that of a polyalkylene terephthalate resin comprising dimethyl terephthalate produced from p-xylene and provide a method for discriminating the same. SOLUTION: This polyester film contains 0.05-5.0 wt.% lubricant having <=2.5μm average particle size and is a biaxially oriented polyester film comprising a polyester having ethylene terephthalate as a main repeating unit. The film contains 1-500 wt.ppm inorganic compound except K, Na and Li as a discrimination compound based on dimethyl terephthalate.
