PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas turbine installation offering simple construction without requiring a large-scale boiler, having handling safety and making effective use of waste heat of an exhaust gas from a gas turbine engine. SOLUTION: The gas turbine installation comprises the gas turbine engine, an enclosure for storing the gas turbine engine, an exhaust silencer, and an exhaust gas flow passage communicating the enclosure with the exhaust silencer. An exhaust gas nozzle for the gas turbine engine is inserted into the inlet of the exhaust gas flow passage on the side of the enclosure and the outlet of an exhaust gas recirculating system pipe communicating with the exhaust silencer is arranged therein, and heat exchange means is provided on the way of the exhaust gas recirculating system pipe for heat exchange with an external of a system.
