PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blended composition of a rubber-modified aromatic vinyl copolymer resin, stably formable to a sheet by calendering without causing the adhesion of the resin to a roll, keeping balanced rigidity, fabrication property, impact strength, surface characteristics and heat resistance and having high transparency. SOLUTION: The blended resin composition contains 100 pts.wt. of a rubber- modified aromatic vinyl copolymer resin having a specific composition and 0.5-4 pts.wt. of a mixture composed of 50-100 wt.% higher fatty acid metal salt, 0-50 wt.% fatty acid ester and 0-50 wt.% polyethylene wax.
