PURPOSE: A toilet bowl for a handicapped person is provided, therefore he or she can easily relieve himself. CONSTITUTION: The toilet bowl for a handicapped person comprises a frame; at least one ascent and descent reliance element which has a structure to support the handicapped person, and is installed in the frame to be ascended and descended; a device for ascending and descending the ascent and descent reliance element; and a feces collecting device which collects feces the ascent and descent reliance element reaches to an appropriate height.
