SECURITY SHEET WHEREIN TRANSPARENT THIN FILM WITH FLUORESCENT PROPERTY FORMED AND PRODUCTION PROCESS THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided is a security sheet wherein a transparent thin film with fluorescent property is formed which utilizes fluorescent property on the surface of security sheet so that it destructs the transparent thin film in treating by chemicals and changes the thin film in heating to prevent the thin film from being counterfeited. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the security sheet wherein the transparent thin film with fluorescent property is formed comprises the steps of: (i) providing a PET or a PVC film wherein a release sheet(waxes) and acryl resin or polyethylene resin is coated to the PET or the PVC film to be 1-4μm and 1-7μm in thickness orderly; (ii) providing a metal film wherein metals with 500-2000Åare deposited; (iii) embossing a hologram original sheet on the metal film to transfer hologram image on the metal film; (iv) providing invisible fluorescent color yarn with more than two species of fluorescent materials radiated at different wavelength; (v) providing adhesive varnish wherein an acryl monomer and soluble acryl resin with 800-1400 polymerization ratio is mixed as main component; (vi) providing adhesive wherein 0.1-10wt% of fluorescent color yarn and 90-99.9wt% of adhesive varnish are mixed to add fluorescent property; and (vii) coating adhesive with 3-20μm to release sheet to laminate at the transparent thin film or coat the adhesive at the transparent thin film.
