PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fuel cell, which will prevent explosion and expansion of the explosion can be prevented, even when if it explodes. SOLUTION: A laminate 2 is constituted by laminating two or more unit layers 1, which is respectively formed by sandwiching single cells 20, in which an electrolyte is sandwiched by electrodes, with a fuel side separator board (a 1st separator board) which supplies hydrogen gas that is a fuel, and an oxidizer side separator board (a 2nd separator board) which supplies air that is the oxidizer. In order to prevent the expansion of the explosion, in the laminate 2, by inserting a partition board 30 in between each the several number unit layers 1, propagation of the explosive power at the position of this partition board 30 is interrupted and the expansion of the explosion is prevented. |
