<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the effect of the contact reaction of a decomposed gas with an agent in a thermal decomposition treatment comprising the indirect heating of a treating object such as waste material in a closed vessel and the contact reaction of the produced decomposed gas with an agent for dechlorination treatment to form a harmless chloride and detoxify the decomposed gas and the residue. SOLUTION: The contact reaction effect is improved by fixing thermal reaction vessels 21, 22, placing screws 21b, 22b in the vessels to perform the transfer and agitation of the treating object, increasing the filling factor of the treating object and narrowing the space for the reaction with the treating agent.</p> |
