<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate mounting of a return spring 44 for preventing dragging to reduce cost. SOLUTION: A pair of pressing parts 46, 46 of the return spring 44 formed by a wire spring or a plate spring are brought into contact with surrounding parts of a first friction member 3 and a second friction member 4 arranged on both sides of a rotor 1. Elastic force in the direction a part from the rotor 1 is given to both friction members 3, 4 owing to this constitution to facilitate mounting of the return spring so as to reduce cost.</p> |
