PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone terminal provided with an illegal use preventing function against a theft, that leaves an evidence of contents of a speech made by an illegal user so as to take countermeasure against the illegal use. SOLUTION: A specific phone is used to make a call to a terminal that is missing or stolen (#21), and starts an illegal use countermeasure mode through a prescribed operation (#23). A memory 10 stores a speech by the illegal use only for a prescribed time (#25) and an operation stop means locks the functions of the mobile phone 1 (#29). Thus, the illegal use by a 3rd party after that can be prevented and when the missing terminal is returned, and by reproducing the speech contents recorded in the memory 10, the contents can be utilized as a clue or an evidence to identify the illegal user.
