PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a releaser device for unlocking which magnetically shields an unlocking device to eliminate adverse influence on the outside as to the improvement of the structure of the power switch of a self-sounding type article monitor device and an unlocking device for a locking mechanism. SOLUTION: This releaser device which is used for a case containing an article and also used for the self-sounding type article monitor device having a lock mechanism composed of a locking groove having a lock structure on a lock bar and a U-shaped lock spring locked by being fitted in the groove and unlocked with an external magnet and locking the contained article in the case by the lock structure and turns on a self-return type power switch and as the article is locked and also unlocks it comprises a releaser main body having right and left unlocking external magnets and a box lid type magnetic shield member which covers the releaser main body part. The magnetism from the magnets is prevented from partially leaking to the outside.
