PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize stable low-voltage difference signal transfer by transferring display data, corresponding to very high definition without increasing the transfer rate by transferring the data, only when a display is updated and adding dummy data, when transfer is not performed. SOLUTION: A continuous signal control part 9 outputs display data, to which the dummy data are added when the display data are not transferred and transfers the data via a differential transfer transmission control part 13 and a differential transfer reception control part 16; and a display control part 22 receives the display data and temporarily stores them in an image storage part 28, the stored display data are read out of the image storage part 28 in the display timing of a liquid crystal panel 34, to generate a signal for liquid crystal display, and a dataline drive part 30 and a scanning line drive part 32 make the liquid crystal panel 34 display.
