PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for producing lens sheet which permits stable production of lens sheet with high precision and fine pitch, is suitable for the production of lens sheet in many kinds and a small lot and, moreover, saves a space on the production site. SOLUTION: This device for producing lens sheet is constituted in such a manner that plural sheets of molding dies are fixedly disposed not on a conveyer which is liable to cause vibration and vertical movement but on a moving stage and, on the upper part thereof along a moving course of the moving stage, at least a resin applying mechanism, a substrate applying mechanism, a pressing mechanism and a take-out mechanism of lens sheet are arranged.
