TRANSMISSION DIVERSITY DEVICE AND TRANSMISSION POWER ADJUSTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission diversity device having a plurality of antennas on a transmission side and improving the reception quality of a mobile station by controlling the antennas. SOLUTION: A plurality of antennas 1-7a and 1-7b are arranged on a base station 1-1 which is the transmission side. An antenna 1-10 is disposed in the mobile station 1-11 which is a reception side and it receives signals. When the effective transmission power differ for respective transmission antennas of the base station 1-1, the transmission power of the respective antennas are adjusted and transmitted in weight adjusting parts 1-5a and 1-5b so that the effective transmission power of one antenna 1-7a or 1-7b becomes equal to each other.
