PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional structure having a brake disc rotor bolted to the mounting flange of a hub wheel requiring much time for machining of a part, and increasing the number of part items to increase the whole weight. SOLUTION: In this structure, the recessed surface 26 of the brake disc rotor 23 is fixed to the protruding board surface 22 in the mounting flange 20 of the hub wheel 8 by frictional pressure welding to integrate the hub wheel 8 to the brake disc rotor 23. According to this, the number of part items can be reduced to reduce the whole weight, compared with the structure having the brake disc rotor 23 bolted to the mounting flange 20 of the hub wheel.
