PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leathery sheet having a soft touch, a posh appearance including a natural shrink wrinkle and air and moisture permeability and suitable for clothes, gloves, shoes, bags, etc. SOLUTION: This leathery sheet is produced by raising the surface of a substrate layer composed of a three-dimensionally entangled nonwoven fabric composed of a fiber mainly comprising a micro fiber having <=0.3 dtex thickness and a polymeric elastic body included therein, then applying a solvent dissolving the polymeric elastic body without dissolving the micro fiber to the raised surface, pressing by a heating roller and then immersing in a warm bath.
