PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve easiness of administration of a clarithromycin-containing tablet by miniaturizing the tablet. SOLUTION: This clarithromycin tablet is characterized in that the tablet comprises clarithromycin and a water-swelling or water-viscous polymer compound containing a saccharide in the structure and the content of clarithromycin in the tablet is >=75 mass%. This method for producing the clarithromycin tablet is provided.
