PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the problem that a stroboscope can not be mounted on compact portable equipment due to worse arranging efficiency because a conventional main capacitor provided in the stroboscope is cylindrical and useless dead space is formed around the capacitor when the capacitor is arranged inside the equipment. SOLUTION: The shape of the main capacitor is made flat, and the capacitor is arranged at the body flat part of a camera or the portable equipment such as a cellular phone.
