PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric discharging image and electric discharging amount photographing device in which operability, precision in a photograph and a storage method are made efficient. SOLUTION: A photographing section that has a light shielding function is constituted so that an object to be photographed is abutted to a negative film which is laminated on an electrically conductive body. One of a pair of output terminals of a high voltage generator in which a piezoelectric unit is stored in a metallic tube shaped body is connected to the photographing section in a freely detachable manner. The other output terminal of the pair is held by a person who operates the generator, electricity is generated by a fine pressing of a moving piece of a head section and electricity is given to the object to be photographed.
