PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescence element of a long service life, moreover enabling light emission of blue to bluish purple color of high luminance. SOLUTION: This organic electroluminescence element contains a compound expressed in formula (1). In the formula, Ar1, Ar2 and Ar3 show aromatic hydrocarbon cyclic groups that may respectively have a substituent, or aromatic heterocyclic groups which may respectively have a substituent, and one or plural R1 respectively expresses a substituent selected from among alkyl group, halogen atom, or alkoxy group, and n1 expresses an integer from 0 to 4.
