PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road surface repairing bitumen composition in which a small-scale site work can be easily carried out even at a job site in a low temperature and a wet state, which is quickly hardened after execution work, allows early opening of traffic, and obtains high strength, fluidity, abrasion resistance, and durability. SOLUTION: The purpose is achieved by this road surface repairing bitumen composition by housing respective components of (a) an aggregate component including an aggrigate having the specific particle size, (b) cement and/or lime of 4 wt.% or less to the aggregate component, (c) a bituminous emulsion, and (d) a urethane prepolymer including an end isocyanate group in respective vessels.
