PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition not only exhibiting excellent flame retardancy even with a relatively small amount, but also excellent in properties such as workability, impact strength and heat resistance. SOLUTION: A phosphoric acid ester morpholide compound of an oligomer type expressed by the chemical formula 1, and a flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition containing the compound are provided. In the formula 1, x is 1 or 2; R1 is a 6-20C aryl or an alkyl-substituted 6-20C aryl, or a derivative thereof; R2 is a 6-30C aryl or an alkyl-substituted 6-30C aryl, or a derivative thereof; and n+m=1-5.
