PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing participation and judgment of song festival are provided to select applicants of a song festival adapted to a participating music of the song festival by making the applicants download a music sheet and a guide music from a database storing the participating music of the song festival and progress a practice and registration using a telephone information service, and performing an examination. CONSTITUTION: A user connects to a web site for managing a song festival on the Internet, performs a member registration, and downloads a music sheet and a guide music of a participating music of the song festival(S100). The user performs a call connection and practices/registers the participating music of the song festival(S200). Some applicants are selected as the first entries by examining the opened participating music(S300). The second entries are selected out of the first entries through an actual audition(S400). |
