<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizing apparatus capable of carrying out polarizing in a short time with high precision. SOLUTION: The apparatus has a heater section 3 for increasing the temperature of a piezoelectric body 8 to a temperature required for polarization in order to polarize the body in an atmosphere at a high temperature, and a thermostatic chamber 4 having a gaseous atmosphere kept at the required temperature and containing a polarizing section 22 for polarizing the body 8 at the required temperature. The temperature of the body is rapidly raised to the temperature required for polarization by the heater section so as to reach close the set internal temperature at the time of putting the body in the chamber, thereby carrying out polarizing of the body in a short time with high precision.</p> |
