<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promptly notify a user of trouble information on an operation machine for processing user business, and to contribute to recovery from the trouble, using the telecommunication network. SOLUTION: This system is constituted of the operation machine 10 for processing a user's business, a monitor terminal 20 for detecting a trouble in the operation machine if any and notifies an operator of the machine of trouble information, an operator terminal 30 for receiving the trouble information from the monitor terminal and notifies a department in charge of the operations of it, a developer terminal 40 for receiving the trouble information from the operator terminal and recognizing the trouble in the operation machine, a businessman terminal 50, a user terminal 60, and a telecommunication network of mutually connecting the operation machine, the monitor terminal, the operator terminal, the developer terminal, the businessman terminal, and the user terminal.</p> |
