摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly adjust the number of revolutions of a commutatorless electric motor to the target number of revolutions and enable proper and rapid control of a room temperature regardless of a load and the number of operating indoor machines, in a control method for a multi-chamber air conditioner. SOLUTION: In a control method for the multi-chamber air conditioner, to adjust the number of revolutions of the commutatorless electric motor, useful in the multi-chamber air conditioner, to the target number of revolutions, the present number of revolutions is detected and the change speed of the number of revolutions is calculated (ST1 to ST4). A difference between the change speed of the number of revolutions and the change speed of the target number of revolutions is calculated (ST5). Meanwhile, the number n of operating indoor machines is detected (ST6). A ratio of a change amount of an applying voltage is set (ST7) according to a difference in the change speed. By multiplying a ratio of the set change amount by the number n of the operating indoor machines, a ratio of a varying amount of the applying voltage of the commutatorless electric motor is obtained (ST8). The ratio of the varying amount is added to the applying voltage to increase (decrease) the number of revolutions of the commutatorless electric motor (ST9).
