PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bidet capable of always meeting the demand whenever it is desired to wash the nozzle and obtaining excellent cleanness of the nozzle. SOLUTION: This bidet having a jet for jetting water for washing private parts and a nozzle moving on a fixed locus, is provided with a private part wash supply means having a control valve for controlling the supply of the private part wash water to the jet; a washing chamber constituent member constituting a washing chamber surrounding the nozzle; a nozzle wash water supply means branching from the upper reaches of the control valve to supply the washing chamber with wash water for washing the nozzle; and a control means for controlling the wash water supply operation of the private part wash water supply means and nozzle wash water supply means.
