PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in the conventional art that in the cover material of conventional CPC-type radiant cooling equipment, compatibility of weatherability with cooling performance is difficult to attain, and this constitutes a problem to a practical use of the cooling equipment of this type. SOLUTION: The CPC-type radiant cooling equipment, which is optimally designed exclusively for radiant cooling, is combined with a tetrafluoroethylene film to attain compatibility of the weatherability with the cooling function.
