PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel loud speaker system, having a supervisory camera that is installed in a form that a person viewing information on a panel face will hardly recognize the presence of the camera and enables the camera to photograph the panel front side at a close distance. SOLUTION: In the panel loud speaker system where an enclosure 12 supports a surrounding part of a panel shaped diaphragm 11, the diaphragm 11 is made to vibrate to output sound; a panel face 11f is formed to exhibit information along the front face of the diaphragm 11; and the camera 21 is placed in the inside of the enclosure 12, which is close to the surrounding part 11a of the diaphragm 11.
