PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas range hood apparatus wherein an optimum fire penetration environment and a heating cooking environment can be automatically obtained at all times with improved economical efficiency by automatically selecting and actuating a proper air intake amount in response to the state of the use of a gas heating cooker. SOLUTION: A gas range hood apparatus is adapted to change variably an air intake amount by an air intake fan of the gas range hood apparatus disposed at an upper portion of a gas heating apparatus based upon flow rate information from a gas flow rate sensor disposed in the gas heating apparatus.
