PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a customer who uses a network hotel reservation system to be released from the troublesomeness of any operation to input his or her personal identification information such as his or her name or address. SOLUTION: A point card system for applying a privilege to a customer according to the number of points added according as the frequency of use of a hotel and a network hotel reservation system are allowed to cooperate with each other, and when the customer makes a reservation of the hotel through a customer terminal equipment, the customer inputs high or her card number and telephone number, and whether or not membership data having the combination of the inputted card number and telephone number are present in the data base of a point card management server is discriminated, and when it is discriminated that the membership data are present, the personal identification data of the customer having the inputted card number are read from the data base so that the customer can be specified, and that the customer's application for the hotel reservation can be accepted. Thus, it is possible for the customer to omit the input work of his her personal identification information. |
