PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parameter designing method capable of optimizing param eter design for a servo system by a theoretically backed up method and realizing robustness against fluctuation in a load machine parameter. SOLUTION: In this servo system giving a position command and using a position of machine as a controlled variable, when a step command r (t)=U (t>=0) is given as a position command and a position of the load machine is represented by x(t), a response time integral value y of the load machine position is proportional to a time T, and an ideal function between the command and the controlled variable is represented by expression 1 (in this expression, βmeans sensitivity while T means a time). In the case of overshooting of the machine position to be x(t)>U, an expression x (t)=2U-x (t) is applied. |
